Lily Sanchez
Lily's entrepreneurial and leadership skills have greatly contributed to the expansion and success of the company. Lily is a trained professional with over 11 years experience in the medical field and six years in medical administration.
Lily coordinates all patient-related functions, business operations, public relations and marketing efforts. Above all that, she works diligently to see that our patients are assured of receiving the excellent care they deserve. Her passion for the medical industry is a perfect match for this professional who thrives in an innovative, cutting-edge organization.

Gaby Ellis, Front Office Coordinator
Gaby is one of the initial employees to greet you when arriving at A Bright Future Pediatrics. Her infectious laugh and warm smile greet each visitor as they walk through the door. She is always pleasant and happy to help you and your loved ones in any way that she can as her priority is to assist and serve with the highest quality of care.

Our nursing staff is caring, knowledgeable, and (most of all) fun. They help anxious children and parents understand not only what is happening but also the reasoning behind it. Our nursing staff handles telephone triage and prescription refills during office hours. We also offer after-hours pediatric nurse triage.
Louis Mendez, Medical Assistant
He comes from El Paso, TX where he attended Career Centers of Texas-El Paso and earned his Medical Assistant Diploma in 2001. His effervescent and bubbly spirit combined with his many years of medical experience and dedicated professionalism add up to one medical assistant that is truly an asset to our company.
Wendy Call, Medical Assistant
Wendy has over 8 years of experience in the medical field. Wendy will prepare your children for their visit in such a way that they will feel confident and well cared for. Her genuine compassion and sunny disposition provide an atmosphere of comfort that patients desire and deserve!
Rocio Perez, Medical Assistant
Rocio is the most recent addition to our office! Rocio comes to us from Nashville, TN with an extensive background in customer service and patient care. Rocio Graduated as a Medical Assistant from Hight-Tech Institute in Nashville, TN. Her goal is to help you and your little ones feel as comfortable as possible when you walk through the door!

We are fortunate to have our own in-house billing staff that is available during office hours to assist with account or insurance billing inquiries. They have extensive knowledge of medical insurance carriers and the appropriate billing practices to maximize the benefits available for our patients.

With over 17 years' experience in various branches of the medical field, Shannon is a welcome addition to our team of insurance specialists. Shannon interacts with you and your medical insurance provider to ensure that your medical expenses are covered and that your insurance provider is aware of the care that is being given. Shannon is the key contact person at A Bright Future Pediatrics for obtaining the maximum benefits from your insurance carrier. She is accessible to our patients from just around the corner to all the way around the world!
